C'MON Bellarine....
This year, we’re ALL IN to fight against Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
This community event will be held thanks to the Grove Pavilion in Ocean Grove & is an awareness and fundraising event for Fight MND.
The morning will kick off at 9.30am and consist of warm up activities, breathwork and ice bathing with all proceeds going directly to Fight MND.
Any donation ( big or small ) is your ticket to join us on the day.

I'm a certified Reiki Master, breathwork & cold therapy practitioner and I will be hosting the morning.
I've been fortunate to live on the Bellarine for the last 8 years and am extremely passionate about giving back to our community.

I've been running my PT and Pilates business on the Bellarine, in and around Geelong for the past 13 years.
Between running my business and being a busy mother of a 15 and 16yo, I feel it is important to give back to the community.
A very close friends father recently lost his battle with MND which was devastating as he was fit, capable, and had a full life ahead of him.
I am passionate in helping raising funds towards finding a cure to this horrible disease, so come along and join Nat and I at Ocean Grove's Fight MND BIG FREEZE 9.
